00:00:03.680
hey guys welcome to hip fuse history
00:00:06.170 00:00:06.180 we're hitting you up with some TPP love
00:00:08.360 00:00:08.370 today guys that's the trans-pacific
00:00:10.310 00:00:10.320 partnership we're gonna break it down
00:00:12.230 00:00:12.240 take a look at some of the potential
00:00:13.610 00:00:13.620 pros and some of the potential cons and
00:00:15.530 00:00:15.540 then like all videos we're gonna let you
00:00:17.779 00:00:17.789 the viewer decide for yourself
00:00:20.120 00:00:20.130 so giddyap for the landing guys touching
00:00:22.099 00:00:22.109 those energy flows let's see if we can't
00:00:24.380 00:00:24.390 do it right now
00:00:32.500 00:00:32.510 so this is a tough one guys let's kind
00:00:34.790 00:00:34.800 of write down the very basics first the
00:00:36.380 00:00:36.390 TPP is the trans-pacific partnership
00:00:39.280 00:00:39.290 which isn't to be confused with the
00:00:41.540 00:00:41.550 recent legislation in the United States
00:00:43.130 00:00:43.140 called the TPA which is the trade
00:00:45.470 00:00:45.480 promotion Authority
00:00:47.090 00:00:47.100 and President Obama fought very hard for
00:00:49.490 00:00:49.500 this working with Republicans more than
00:00:51.590 00:00:51.600 Democrats getting support from the
00:00:53.720 00:00:53.730 Chamber of Commerce when he was getting
00:00:55.610 00:00:55.620 opposition from the afl-cio so it's very
00:00:58.490 00:00:58.500 strange bedfellows but he was able to
00:01:01.010 00:01:01.020 squeak through the TPA legislation and
00:01:04.460 00:01:04.470 what this legislation does is it gives
00:01:06.350 00:01:06.360 himself the president and the next
00:01:08.510 00:01:08.520 president for the next six years the
00:01:10.640 00:01:10.650 authority to negotiate these trade
00:01:12.620 00:01:12.630 partnerships where Congress will not be
00:01:15.350 00:01:15.360 able to amend the outcome they're going
00:01:17.270 00:01:17.280 to be able to give it an up-and-down
00:01:18.620 00:01:18.630 vote but they're not going to be able to
00:01:20.510 00:01:20.520 amend it or filibuster it and this is
00:01:23.090 00:01:23.100 going to give comfort to those other
00:01:24.440 00:01:24.450 nations which are bargaining with us in
00:01:26.450 00:01:26.460 order to seal a deal it would be very
00:01:29.120 00:01:29.130 difficult to seal a deal if these
00:01:30.920 00:01:30.930 countries thought that Congress was
00:01:32.539 00:01:32.549 going to be able to change the terms of
00:01:34.609 00:01:34.619 this partnership therefore they're
00:01:37.100 00:01:37.110 giving the security that whatever the
00:01:39.560 00:01:39.570 final language is is the final language
00:01:41.510 00:01:41.520 but then again Congress can't vote this
00:01:43.819 00:01:43.829 down on a simple majority vote but I
00:01:47.090 00:01:47.100 think it's very important that you'll
00:01:48.289 00:01:48.299 notice that I'm not calling it a treaty
00:01:50.450 00:01:50.460 even though we're gonna look at it
00:01:52.280 00:01:52.290 there's something like 30 chapters in
00:01:54.139 00:01:54.149 this baby and there are numerous
00:01:56.270 00:01:56.280 sections that do not deal with trade
00:01:58.429 00:01:58.439 issues but rather would deal with kind
00:02:00.679 00:02:00.689 of relationships between countries that
00:02:02.810 00:02:02.820 normally treaties would deal with and
00:02:04.789 00:02:04.799 the reason why this is important and
00:02:06.590 00:02:06.600 this is the constitutional kind of fling
00:02:08.749 00:02:08.759 in the whole applesauce here with
00:02:10.559 00:02:10.569 does that mean is that if it was a
00:02:12.929 00:02:12.939 treaty it would need two-thirds majority
00:02:15.390 00:02:15.400 in the Senate that's a huge humongous
00:02:17.459 00:02:17.469 deal it's like 67 votes or something
00:02:19.860 00:02:19.870 like that but since it's only a
00:02:21.479 00:02:21.489 partnership and agreement it's not going
00:02:24.000 00:02:24.010 to need that two-thirds majority but
00:02:25.979 00:02:25.989 nevertheless we're gonna break it down
00:02:27.240 00:02:27.250 we're gonna look at first the general
00:02:29.420 00:02:29.430 concept of why people want it and then
00:02:32.490 00:02:32.500 we'll look at some of the nitty-gritty
00:02:33.420 00:02:33.430 items in it and we should get started
00:02:35.309 00:02:35.319 right now so it's an agreement between
00:02:44.309 00:02:44.319 12 nations when it goes into effect and
00:02:46.979 00:02:46.989 it was actually started way back in 2002
00:02:49.229 00:02:49.239 and the first deal was between four
00:02:51.089 00:02:51.099 nations signed in 2005 and that was
00:02:53.640 00:02:53.650 Brunei Chile New Zealand and Singapore
00:02:56.189 00:02:56.199 so this agreement had already kind of
00:02:59.250 00:02:59.260 been started and the United States
00:03:01.199 00:03:01.209 jumped into bed with these guys around
00:03:03.839 00:03:03.849 2008 first under George Bush and then
00:03:07.170 00:03:07.180 President Obama quickly announced in
00:03:09.659 00:03:09.669 2009 when he met in Asia with their
00:03:12.000 00:03:12.010 leaders that he was also going to be
00:03:14.369 00:03:14.379 pushing for the TPP and now that he has
00:03:16.710 00:03:16.720 this fast-track legislation and that's
00:03:18.899 00:03:18.909 what that TPA is it gives him the
00:03:21.780 00:03:21.790 ability to push this through quickly and
00:03:23.759 00:03:23.769 part of that legislation is that once
00:03:26.039 00:03:26.049 the deal is done
00:03:27.899 00:03:27.909 then it's going to be put online for
00:03:30.300 00:03:30.310 everybody to read and you might be
00:03:32.520 00:03:32.530 wondering well doesn't everybody already
00:03:34.289 00:03:34.299 know what it says no that's one of the
00:03:36.689 00:03:36.699 big kinks in this thing is that it is
00:03:39.059 00:03:39.069 written in secret and it is written in
00:03:41.580 00:03:41.590 secret not just by governments but by
00:03:43.890 00:03:43.900 trade advisory committees which are
00:03:47.309 00:03:47.319 basically made up of corporate interests
00:03:50.039 00:03:50.049 they believe WikiLeaks broke some of
00:03:52.559 00:03:52.569 this out when it when it dumped some of
00:03:54.209 00:03:54.219 this data on us out of the 566 trade
00:03:57.809 00:03:57.819 committee members 480 of them or 85% of
00:04:02.189 00:04:02.199 them were senior executives and
00:04:03.899 00:04:03.909 multinational corporations so that's a
00:04:06.149 00:04:06.159 huge snag for a lot of people saying
00:04:08.129 00:04:08.139 that first it's written in secret it's
00:04:10.439 00:04:10.449 written in secret by corporate
00:04:11.759 00:04:11.769 executives and then we're gonna get like
00:04:13.679 00:04:13.689 30 days to read this baby and then
00:04:16.319 00:04:16.329 Congress has to pass that I believe in
00:04:18.039 00:04:18.049 another 60 days it's like a 90 day
00:04:19.960 00:04:19.970 timetable once it is signed or once it
00:04:23.379 00:04:23.389 is kind of sent to Congress but right
00:04:26.110 00:04:26.120 now we only have Snicket's of it
00:04:28.420 00:04:28.430 Snicket's is that a word which have been
00:04:30.580 00:04:30.590 leaked by the WikiLeaks and again we
00:04:32.830 00:04:32.840 said there are 30 chapters out of those
00:04:35.200 00:04:35.210 30 chapters 11 predominantly deal with
00:04:37.749 00:04:37.759 trade and then there's a whole
00:04:39.189 00:04:39.199 assortment of other issues that kind of
00:04:41.290 00:04:41.300 get dealt with then we're gonna take a
00:04:42.909 00:04:42.919 look at those right now one of them is
00:04:44.830 00:04:44.840 that this is an open architect
00:04:46.540 00:04:46.550 arrangement which means that even though
00:04:49.300 00:04:49.310 that once it's been passed by the United
00:04:51.850 00:04:51.860 States once Congress signs off on this
00:04:53.890 00:04:53.900 other partners can join in and Congress
00:04:56.200 00:04:56.210 won't be able to change that we can't
00:04:57.969 00:04:57.979 get out of this thing and the big
00:04:59.649 00:04:59.659 missing partner right now one of the
00:05:01.540 00:05:01.550 reasons why we're doing this is China we
00:05:04.869 00:05:04.879 want to be competitive with China and
00:05:06.760 00:05:06.770 with a protectionist trade policy the
00:05:09.159 00:05:09.169 idea is we'll never be competitive with
00:05:11.200 00:05:11.210 China that China is eating up this
00:05:14.110 00:05:14.120 market the Pacific Rim nations Chile and
00:05:16.899 00:05:16.909 Singapore and the Philippines Japan that
00:05:20.080 00:05:20.090 China is close by and dominant and they
00:05:23.140 00:05:23.150 are manipulating prices and they're
00:05:24.909 00:05:24.919 locking us out and this agreement is
00:05:27.219 00:05:27.229 going to be able for us to knock down
00:05:29.830 00:05:29.840 those trade barriers to get into those
00:05:31.719 00:05:31.729 countries and to increase our exports
00:05:33.480 00:05:33.490 people gotta for this economists on
00:05:35.920 00:05:35.930 their side project that by 2025 will be
00:05:39.550 00:05:39.560 a 77 billion dollar increase in GDP and
00:05:42.999 00:05:43.009 while that sounds like a lot it's less
00:05:44.589 00:05:44.599 than 1% the bigger idea is that this
00:05:47.200 00:05:47.210 will just be pushing more free trade
00:05:49.330 00:05:49.340 more open trade as we eventually begin
00:05:52.360 00:05:52.370 to compete fairly with countries like
00:05:53.920 00:05:53.930 China which will make it easier for us
00:05:56.200 00:05:56.210 to create jobs and for our economy to
00:05:58.540 00:05:58.550 boom some of the other parts of this are
00:06:00.820 00:06:00.830 tariffs those are big trade variables
00:06:02.890 00:06:02.900 right there right now the United States
00:06:04.899 00:06:04.909 is a 25% tariff on Japanese trucks so if
00:06:08.409 00:06:08.419 you're in the you know market for a
00:06:09.939 00:06:09.949 truck and that tariff is gone settling
00:06:12.219 00:06:12.229 is a very cheap affordable good working
00:06:14.379 00:06:14.389 truck that you're going to be able to
00:06:16.180 00:06:16.190 buy and the same token we have US beef
00:06:19.089 00:06:19.099 manufacturers that would love to get
00:06:20.920 00:06:20.930 their hands on to the Japanese market so
00:06:23.469 00:06:23.479 lowering these tariffs and a lot of
00:06:25.209 00:06:25.219 nations we already get deals with NAFTA
00:06:27.430 00:06:27.440 did that there
00:06:28.220 00:06:28.230 we have basically no tariffs with a lot
00:06:30.110 00:06:30.120 of these countries but Vietnam and
00:06:32.180 00:06:32.190 Singapore and Brunei these countries and
00:06:35.480 00:06:35.490 especially Japan we really don't have
00:06:37.730 00:06:37.740 fair tariffs and the people that are for
00:06:40.700 00:06:40.710 this say that lowering those tariffs are
00:06:42.440 00:06:42.450 going to give the United States the
00:06:43.520 00:06:43.530 ability to get into those new markets
00:06:45.620 00:06:45.630 now we also have the idea of
00:06:47.690 00:06:47.700 environmental and workers standards and
00:06:49.670 00:06:49.680 again since everything is secret we just
00:06:51.890 00:06:51.900 kind of have to rely on the president
00:06:53.690 00:06:53.700 with him saying that this is the most
00:06:55.550 00:06:55.560 progressive trade pact in world history
00:06:58.130 00:06:58.140 and it would be one of the biggest we
00:07:00.380 00:07:00.390 can't forget that this is something like
00:07:02.140 00:07:02.150 40% of the world's GDP and one-third of
00:07:05.600 00:07:05.610 the trade and all of the world happens
00:07:07.940 00:07:07.950 between these countries so when
00:07:09.860 00:07:09.870 President Obama says that this is going
00:07:11.900 00:07:11.910 to be something that ends child labor
00:07:13.790 00:07:13.800 that you know secures collective
00:07:16.760 00:07:16.770 bargaining rights for workers that get
00:07:18.860 00:07:18.870 some minimum workers standard laws in
00:07:21.320 00:07:21.330 these countries that that's a good thing
00:07:23.120 00:07:23.130 the other side is going to say well you
00:07:24.920 00:07:24.930 said that under NAFTA and look what
00:07:26.360 00:07:26.370 happen we don't have the enforcement
00:07:28.130 00:07:28.140 ability to do those types of things in
00:07:30.950 00:07:30.960 these foreign countries so words are
00:07:33.050 00:07:33.060 words they're still going to flaunt the
00:07:34.790 00:07:34.800 law they're still going to pollute and
00:07:36.410 00:07:36.420 hire kids and pay their workers nothing
00:07:38.570 00:07:38.580 and that's not going to be fair for US
00:07:40.310 00:07:40.320 manufacturers to be able to compete with
00:07:42.500 00:07:42.510 that at a level field now some of the
00:07:44.720 00:07:44.730 ones that aren't completely related to
00:07:47.060 00:07:47.070 trade but are going to affect all of us
00:07:48.980 00:07:48.990 are going to be copyright laws the
00:07:51.260 00:07:51.270 United States would love to push our
00:07:52.790 00:07:52.800 copyright laws abroad into these
00:07:55.130 00:07:55.140 countries where they are in our eyes
00:07:57.080 00:07:57.090 violating our own law so for instance
00:07:59.540 00:07:59.550 the law that says that you retain
00:08:01.820 00:08:01.830 copyrights seventy years after the death
00:08:04.460 00:08:04.470 of the artist that would be pushed into
00:08:06.680 00:08:06.690 those countries as well as increasing
00:08:09.080 00:08:09.090 penalties and making service providers
00:08:11.630 00:08:11.640 responsible for turning over people that
00:08:13.910 00:08:13.920 are downloading illegally they wouldn't
00:08:15.800 00:08:15.810 be liable but they would have to turn
00:08:17.540 00:08:17.550 your name in and a lot of people feel
00:08:19.970 00:08:19.980 that this is going to have a very net
00:08:21.660 00:08:21.670 effect on independent artists and people
00:08:23.700 00:08:23.710 that are home creators that are going to
00:08:25.590 00:08:25.600 be competing against these giant
00:08:28.020 00:08:28.030 corporations that are going to have much
00:08:29.610 00:08:29.620 stronger enforcement ability to stop
00:08:33.030 00:08:33.040 what they see as copywriting their
00:08:35.310 00:08:35.320 materials we also have pharmaceutical
00:08:37.800 00:08:37.810 changes and patents for instance
00:08:39.620 00:08:39.630 pharmaceutical companies want to push
00:08:42.000 00:08:42.010 even more secure rights over their drugs
00:08:45.420 00:08:45.430 something I believe like 14 years they
00:08:48.300 00:08:48.310 want in other countries before generic
00:08:50.670 00:08:50.680 drug companies would be able to start
00:08:52.020 00:08:52.030 pumping out cheaper competitive of drugs
00:08:55.230 00:08:55.240 on the marketplace and a lot of
00:08:57.200 00:08:57.210 volunteer groups like Doctors Without
00:08:59.250 00:08:59.260 Borders and such are really worrying
00:09:01.230 00:09:01.240 that this is going to adversely affect
00:09:02.460 00:09:02.470 these developing nations that really
00:09:04.440 00:09:04.450 need to get a hold of cheap drugs
00:09:06.120 00:09:06.130 there's a lot of controversy that's
00:09:07.710 00:09:07.720 going on with the whole drug thing and a
00:09:09.390 00:09:09.400 lot of people on the opposition side say
00:09:12.210 00:09:12.220 that not only is this bad for third
00:09:13.620 00:09:13.630 world developing nations but that this
00:09:15.090 00:09:15.100 is going to cause a rise in prices in
00:09:17.130 00:09:17.140 the United States as well now there's
00:09:18.990 00:09:19.000 also a lot of other stuff in there we
00:09:20.610 00:09:20.620 don't have time to go over everything
00:09:22.320 00:09:22.330 but things like financial services and
00:09:25.170 00:09:25.180 e-commerce telecommunications a lot of
00:09:28.200 00:09:28.210 very sensitive issues that relate to
00:09:31.220 00:09:31.230 multinational corporations and currency
00:09:33.690 00:09:33.700 devaluation and banking services are
00:09:36.750 00:09:36.760 also on the table but again we just
00:09:38.940 00:09:38.950 don't know because it's all hush-hush
00:09:41.690 00:09:41.700 secret secret but at the end of the day
00:09:44.550 00:09:44.560 President Obama is going to have to be
00:09:47.220 00:09:47.230 transparent and what the final deal says
00:09:49.440 00:09:49.450 and then the only question is will there
00:09:51.570 00:09:51.580 be enough time to inform the American
00:09:53.340 00:09:53.350 public before Congress quickly votes on
00:09:55.770 00:09:55.780 this because once the deal is sealed
00:09:57.510 00:09:57.520 it's really going to be a tremendous
00:10:00.360 00:10:00.370 change when it comes to the future of
00:10:02.490 00:10:02.500 the economy for the United States and
00:10:04.860 00:10:04.870 the rest of the world a lot of the
00:10:06.300 00:10:06.310 opposition points to the effects that
00:10:08.820 00:10:08.830 NAFTA had and President Obama is very
00:10:11.250 00:10:11.260 clear and saying that we're going to
00:10:13.230 00:10:13.240 avoid the mistakes that NAFTA had like
00:10:16.140 00:10:16.150 having a 50 billion dollar deficit with
00:10:18.630 00:10:18.640 Mexico and economists have estimated
00:10:20.670 00:10:20.680 we've lost 700,000 manufacturing jobs
00:10:23.610 00:10:23.620 because of NAFTA and that President
00:10:25.740 00:10:25.750 Obama says it's because it was written
00:10:27.450 00:10:27.460 the wrong way and this one's going to be
00:10:29.400 00:10:29.410 written the right way and now we left
00:10:31.800 00:10:31.810 the best for last
00:10:33.460 00:10:33.470 and that is the is dsy is Elizabeth
00:10:37.060 00:10:37.070 Warren freaking out
00:10:45.750 00:10:45.760 so the isds for the investor state
00:10:49.439 00:10:49.449 dispute settlement is one of the left so
00:10:52.829 00:10:52.839 we should talk about opposition here the
00:10:54.389 00:10:54.399 opposition isn't just from the left
00:10:55.949 00:10:55.959 there are tons of right leaning
00:10:58.410 00:10:58.420 libertarians that see this as a loss of
00:11:01.019 00:11:01.029 US sovereignty so while there are
00:11:03.300 00:11:03.310 business Republicans and some
00:11:05.340 00:11:05.350 pro-business Democrats that are
00:11:06.900 00:11:06.910 supporting this there is a bipartisan
00:11:09.389 00:11:09.399 opposition that's occurring on the very
00:11:11.550 00:11:11.560 left and the very right of the spectrum
00:11:13.740 00:11:13.750 but it's the isds that really is
00:11:16.079 00:11:16.089 freaking people out and basically what
00:11:18.600 00:11:18.610 this is is would be a corporate board of
00:11:22.670 00:11:22.680 what do you want to call them a tribunal
00:11:26.040 00:11:26.050 where if a corporation believed that one
00:11:31.769 00:11:31.779 of these member nations had passed a law
00:11:34.829 00:11:34.839 or a reform that was going to
00:11:37.079 00:11:37.089 economically hurt them that rather than
00:11:39.840 00:11:39.850 going through their court system they
00:11:41.879 00:11:41.889 would be able to go to this corporate
00:11:43.710 00:11:43.720 tribunal where they would be able to
00:11:46.680 00:11:46.690 assess the situation and then levy fines
00:11:49.829 00:11:49.839 on that host country so while they can't
00:11:53.189 00:11:53.199 change the law they would be able to
00:11:55.230 00:11:55.240 penalize them and this has happened in
00:11:57.480 00:11:57.490 the World Trade Organization a few years
00:12:00.120 00:12:00.130 ago the United States with heavy support
00:12:02.639 00:12:02.649 in both houses of Congress passed a home
00:12:05.819 00:12:05.829 origin food labeling Act which would put
00:12:08.579 00:12:08.589 basically on meat where that meat was
00:12:11.009 00:12:11.019 coming from and Mexico specifically
00:12:13.530 00:12:13.540 Mexico but Canada also freaked out
00:12:15.750 00:12:15.760 because they saw this as unfair
00:12:18.120 00:12:18.130 competitive legislation we're basically
00:12:21.240 00:12:21.250 by saying that this meat was from Mexico
00:12:23.309 00:12:23.319 people were gonna buy it and this was
00:12:25.769 00:12:25.779 going to hurt their bottom dollar and
00:12:27.420 00:12:27.430 they won and the WTO sanction in the
00:12:30.720 00:12:30.730 United States governments of taxpayers
00:12:33.150 00:12:33.160 we're gonna have to cough up unless this
00:12:35.670 00:12:35.680 very popular piece of legislation was
00:12:37.500 00:12:37.510 repealed and guess what happened this
00:12:39.750 00:12:39.760 month this very popular piece of
00:12:42.269 00:12:42.279 legislation was repealed in the house
00:12:44.519 00:12:44.529 and most political scientists are saying
00:12:46.680 00:12:46.690 is because of the WTO so if we have
00:12:49.590 00:12:49.600 these isds is set up with these Pacific
00:12:52.800 00:12:52.810 Rim nations what's to stop any one of
00:12:55.769 00:12:55.779 these corporate
00:12:56.610 00:12:56.620 nations from going to this corporate
00:12:59.520 00:12:59.530 tribunal which isn't made up of judges
00:13:01.560 00:13:01.570 it's not a made up of government
00:13:02.910 00:13:02.920 officials it's made up of corporate
00:13:04.440 00:13:04.450 people that are beholden to corporate
00:13:06.560 00:13:06.570 interest and if they're the ones judging
00:13:09.300 00:13:09.310 and they have the enforcement ability to
00:13:11.250 00:13:11.260 take taxpayer dollars out this can very
00:13:13.860 00:13:13.870 much change the way that nations pass
00:13:17.550 00:13:17.560 reform legislation now originally the
00:13:20.280 00:13:20.290 reason why they had them was if the
00:13:22.650 00:13:22.660 United States corporations set up in a
00:13:24.630 00:13:24.640 host country and then a dictator took
00:13:26.550 00:13:26.560 that corporation over you're very well
00:13:28.710 00:13:28.720 can't go to the dictator and say I'm
00:13:30.750 00:13:30.760 gonna sue you give me money you'd go to
00:13:32.790 00:13:32.800 these special tribunals and they would
00:13:34.620 00:13:34.630 get your money for you but them still
00:13:36.960 00:13:36.970 existing today is at least a
00:13:40.590 00:13:40.600 questionable event that needs to be
00:13:42.600 00:13:42.610 scrutinized I believe highly so right
00:13:45.420 00:13:45.430 now they think that the TPP talks will
00:13:48.330 00:13:48.340 be done in the next month or two quite
00:13:50.730 00:13:50.740 quickly now that Obama has TPA
00:13:53.220 00:13:53.230 he is the ability to negotiate without
00:13:55.200 00:13:55.210 having to go to Congress for changes and
00:13:57.420 00:13:57.430 then it'll be up on the internet and
00:13:59.310 00:13:59.320 it's gonna be freaking firestorm because
00:14:02.730 00:14:02.740 this is gonna happen guys probably right
00:14:04.500 00:14:04.510 around the turn of the new year when
00:14:06.120 00:14:06.130 we're really churning up the
00:14:07.640 00:14:07.650 presidential election for 2016 and who
00:14:10.980 00:14:10.990 knows whether or not the TPP can pass in
00:14:13.920 00:14:13.930 a very partisan political environment
00:14:16.500 00:14:16.510 like a presidential political campaign
00:14:18.570 00:14:18.580 and getting it through Congress during a
00:14:20.940 00:14:20.950 presidential election might be a little
00:14:23.250 00:14:23.260 tough to do so there you go guys the TPP
00:14:26.790 00:14:26.800 the trans-pacific partnership not a tree
00:14:29.490 00:14:29.500 we hope you understand the TPA and the
00:14:31.830 00:14:31.840 president's new authority in order to
00:14:33.810 00:14:33.820 negotiate this deal some of the finer
00:14:35.700 00:14:35.710 details and some of the worries and
00:14:37.350 00:14:37.360 details that are in this trade
00:14:38.640 00:14:38.650 legislation and then why don't you leave
00:14:40.560 00:14:40.570 it down in the comments below we'll see
00:14:42.180 00:14:42.190 what happens guys I'm not going to say
00:14:44.370 00:14:44.380 one way or the other I just think that
00:14:46.380 00:14:46.390 it's important that we're all aware of
00:14:47.940 00:14:47.950 what's going on and that we
00:14:49.840 00:14:49.850 we saw voices on YouTube how about that
00:14:52.569 00:14:52.579 all right guys if you haven't subscribe
00:14:54.100 00:14:54.110 the hippies history all you gonna do is
