Warranty obligations:
1. Providing two types of guarantees: 1) quality of manufacturing; 2) the operability of the equipment in the specified technological modes for extended service life;
2. Departure to the Customer within 3 working days, regardless of the degree of claims and the Customer location;
3. Prompt resolution of all issues related to the restoration of the equipment’s working capacity, regardless of the reasons for its failure. The principle used in this work: first to solve all the arising questions and then deal with their causes (who is to blame?);
4. If necessary, replace the equipment with new one;
5. High loyalty to Customers and the costs of restoration of the equipment at our own expense, in spite of the incorrect use of the equipment from the Customer.
Post-warranty services:
1. Departure to the Customer within 3 working days, regardless of their location;
2. Prompt resolution of all issues related to the restoration of the equipment’s working capacity;
3. High loyalty to Customers and covering part of the cost of restoring the equipment at our own expense, despite the end of warranty obligations;
4. Development and provision of technical solutions on restoration of the equipment (minor or major repairs);
5. Engineering assistance and quality control during the implementation of minor or major repairs of the equipment.
All the above services in various volumes and combinations are absolutely free of charge, the company's engineers have been providing since 2009 – the year of Foundation of the engineering closed joint-stock company "LOTUS".
Also wanted to inform you, that our company has a wide extensive experience of placing more than 100 orders at 5-6 production facilities simultaneously, which are included in the list of manufacturers of LOTUS devices. This allows to reduce the concentration of orders in one place and to reduce the overall delivery time of the equipment.
